We repair graphics cards for desktop computers and laptops (VGA / BGA repair): we reflow BGA chips, reprogram video RAM, repair circuits and replace broken components. We use certified, modern equipment for our work.
Diagnostics are performed before repair, and the diagnostic fee is agreed with the technician. Below you will find the price list, the most common faults and an explanation of how repair works at our branches.

Below are the faults listed in our price list, along with general explanations. Only diagnostics can determine the exact cause.
The graphics card does not work at all
The cause is most often electrical: a damaged power circuit or a faulty controller or component. Sometimes a broken chip connection (BGA) is to blame.
What you can check yourself: Disconnect the computer from the mains and make sure the card is firmly seated and the additional power cables are connected. Check that the monitor and video cable are suitable (try another cable or port). Do not disassemble the card.
Diagnostics (20 €) are performed, followed by electrical repair from 20 €, with a 2-month warranty.
The fan spins, but there is no image
A spinning fan does not mean the card is working. The cause may be a circuit fault, faulty components or a damaged chip.
What you can check yourself: Try another monitor or cable, as well as another video port on the card. If your computer has integrated graphics, check whether an image appears when you connect the monitor to it.
Electrical repair from 20 €, preceded by diagnostics. A 2-month warranty is provided for mechanical and electrical repair.
The card crashes under load
When the card is put under load (for example, while gaming), an electrical fault or a change in the condition of components may become apparent. This most often indicates that the fault lies in the power or chip connections.
What you can check yourself: Check that the cooling is working properly and that the card is not clogged with dust. If you clearly notice a strong smell of overheating, do not use the card.
Diagnostics and electrical repair from 20 €; depending on the fault, BGA chip reflow may also be required.
Faulty capacitors
Capacitors degrade over time, especially when operating at high temperatures. Faulty capacitors can cause unstable card operation or shut it down.
What you can check yourself: Inspect the card without using force: look for bulging or swollen components and signs of burning. Do not disassemble the card or touch the contacts.

Broken components
Mechanical damage is most often caused by impact, excessive force during installation, or the weight of the card without support. Connectors, the fan or other small components may break off.
What you can check yourself: Inspect the card and check for visible cracks or loose parts. If there are any, do not connect the card to the computer.

What we repair: VGA and BGA repair
In a modern graphics card, the graphics processor and memory chips are attached to the board with tiny solder balls (BGA). Because of heat, overloads or mechanical impact, these joints can break, causing the card to malfunction or stop working entirely.
The fault is first identified by diagnostics, and then the technician decides whether replacing a component is enough or whether more complex work is needed.

When a card is worth repairing
The decision usually depends on two things: the nature of the fault and the value of the card. If the model is still useful and the fault is clear (for example, a faulty capacitor or a broken component), repair usually costs less than a new card.

Damage assessment report for the insurance company
If the card failed because of an event covered by insurance, we can prepare a graphics card defect report for the insurance company. This service costs €25.

- Check the simple things. Make sure the monitor, cable and connectors work and that the additional power cables are connected. Do not disassemble the card.
- Bring the card to a branch. Visit a branch in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00. Branches are closed on weekends.
- Diagnostics. Diagnostics are performed before repair. The price is €20, and the diagnostic fee is agreed with the technician.
- Repair. Depending on the fault, mechanical or electrical repair is carried out, for example BGA reballing, component replacement or reprogramming.
- Pick-up and warranty. Mechanical and electrical repairs come with a 2-month warranty. If needed, we can also prepare a defect report for the insurance company.
