- the scooter or electric skateboard itself, with all the parts that were installed when the problem appeared;
- the original charger – the cause of the fault is often not the battery but the charger, so both need to be checked;
- the key or PIN code, if the scooter is lockable or controlled via an app;
- insurance documents, if the fault occurred after an accident or an attempted theft and a damage assessment report is needed.
If the scooter has got wet, do not charge or switch it on – contact the branch.

A 2-month warranty according to the price list applies to repairs of the display, mechanical part, electrical part, battery, throttle and brake levers, external battery, kickstand, electric skateboard battery and electrical part, and control board. The price list does not specify a warranty for tyre replacement, reassembly and adjustment, replacement of brake discs or pads, or electric skateboard body parts.

When a repair is worthwhile and when adjustment is enough
Squeaking, wobbling or weak brakes usually mean that the mechanics only need tightening, reassembly or adjustment – this kind of work starts from 15 €. A punctured tyre or inner tube is also not a big problem: replacing the rear one costs from 10 €, the front one from 15 €.
It is more serious when the scooter does not switch on, switches on but does not move, or does not charge. The cause may be the battery, the control board or moisture damage, so we cannot give an exact amount without diagnosis. Repair of the electrical part or battery usually starts from 50 €, so before buying a new scooter it is worth comparing both amounts.
