Electric scooter repair in Vilnius: how to bring it in and what to take with you

Before transporting the scooter, fold it and lock it so that it doesn’t unfold. If you can, bring the original charger: it is very useful when checking the battery and the circuit board, and sometimes the fault lies in the charger itself. When you arrive, briefly tell us when the fault appeared and whether the scooter has recently been wet, been dropped or sat unused for a long time.

If the battery is swollen, hot or smells, do not charge it and do not bring it charged – first disconnect the charger and leave the scooter in a safe place.
What happens when you leave your scooter for repair
Diagnostics come first – we charge €10 for fault diagnosis. The technician checks the battery, control board, motor, throttle, brakes and wheels in order to find the real cause, rather than replacing parts at random.
After diagnostics you will know what is broken and how much the repair would cost. The price table shows approximate ranges: for example, replacing a tyre or inner tube starts from €10, while battery or circuit board repair starts from €50. The final amount depends on the model and parts, so you make your decision already knowing the price.
The warranty – 2 months – applies to the repair or replacement of the display, mechanical parts, electrical part and circuit boards, battery and external battery, throttle and brake levers, kickstand, hoverboard battery and electrical part, and the main (control) board.
When a scooter is worth repairing and when simple adjustment is enough
Squeaking, wobbling or weak brakes usually mean that the mechanics need to be tightened, reassembled or adjusted – this is one of the cheapest services, from €15. A flat wheel can also usually be fixed inexpensively.
The situation looks more serious when the scooter won’t turn on after exposure to moisture, or turns on but won’t run. In that case the circuit board or the battery is most often to blame. If your scooter is insured, ask your insurer before repairing it whether a fault inspection report is required – we issue it for €30, and the costs are covered by the insurance.
