We can only give an exact timeframe after inspecting the device: a simple cleaning and a complex motherboard repair differ greatly.
When a PlayStation is worth repairing and when it is not
A common PS4 and PS5 fault is overheating: a radiator clogged with dust, dried-out thermal paste, a noisy fan.
More expensive cases include the yellow light (YLOD), a video chip failure or a damaged motherboard. These require BGA reballing or board repair, so it is worth comparing the cost with the price of a new or used console.

A few minutes at home sometimes solve the problem or help describe it more precisely. Try a different HDMI cable and a different TV input, turn on the console without a disc and disconnect USB devices.
