How to find the branch and what to bring with you
The Kaunas branch is located in Žaliakalnis, on the Zanavykų market side, next to the pizzeria „Bzz” and the „Grožio galerija” salon. It is the building that used to house the post office, and across the street you will see the former „Pasaka” cinema.
We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00; the branch is closed on weekends. If you are travelling from further away, check the contacts page before you set off.
When you arrive, bring the phone itself and, if you can, the screen lock code or PIN. Remove the case and screen protector and, if you wish, take out the SIM card. If the phone still turns on, it is worth backing up your most important photos and contacts.

Most repairs come with a 2-month warranty. No warranty is given for software reflashing, unlocking, and the defect inspection report. The repair time depends on the fault and the part, so you will learn the actual timeframe once the fault has been assessed.
When a phone repair is worthwhile and when to consider alternatives
Repair is usually worthwhile when the phone is fairly new and a single part has failed: the screen, battery, charging port or camera. According to the price list, battery replacement starts from €10, screen and charging port repair from €15, and back cover replacement from €25; the price of the screen and battery parts is not included.
