For repairs to a mechanical part, for example when sheets are not picked up, the price starts from €20. Electrical fault repairs (won’t turn on, won’t print) and reprogramming work start from €30. We provide a 2-month warranty on all repair work.
If your printer is insured, we can prepare a defect report for the insurance company – it costs €30, and this amount is covered by the insurance.
When Repair Is Worthwhile and When It Is Better to Think Twice
Mechanical faults – jammed or unfeedable sheets, worn rollers – are usually relatively inexpensive, so mid-range and office machines are generally worth repairing. The same applies to a software error where the printer refuses to accept cartridges with a different chip.
