In Vilnius, you can bring your console to the Taisykla7 branch in Žirmūnai – it is located inside the RIMI store, under the „ELMEISTRAI” sign. Console repair in Vilnius: what to bring when you visit the branch

All Taisykla7 branches are open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 and closed on weekends. The Vilnius branch is in Žirmūnai, inside the RIMI store.

Bring the console itself and its power cable. If the fault is related to the picture, an HDMI cable would also be useful. If the problem is only with the controller, bring it, but it is worth bringing the console as well so we can check that the fault is not in the console itself.

Before bringing it in, remove the disc from the device and, if the console still works, save your game data to the cloud or an external drive.

What happens after you leave the console

First, the cause of the fault is determined. After the diagnostics you will find out what is broken and how much the repair would cost, and then you decide for yourself whether to repair it. Most jobs are completed within an estimated 3–5 business days, but more complex cases, such as motherboard repair, may take longer.

Repairs listed in the price list come with a 2-month warranty. Please note: when repairing software or replacing the hard drive, local data may not be preserved, so it is worth having a backup of important saves beforehand.

When a console is worth repairing

It is worth repairing when the fault is localized and clear: worn analog sticks, an overheated cooling system, a loose HDMI port, a disc drive that doesn’t read. Such repairs cost from 15 to 70 € depending on the model.

For example, a PS4 cooling system refresh starts from 25 €, and HDMI port replacement from 40 €. If the console makes loud noise and shuts down, don’t wait: a device that is overheated for a long time can also damage the board, which is a more expensive repair.

If the console doesn’t turn on, don’t try to open it yourself – the fault is usually in the power section or the board, and without experience you can cause more damage.
