What to bring to the Žirmūnai branch
You can come without much preparation, but a few small things save time. Bring the device itself, its power cable and the remote control if the fault is related to controls. A wireless speaker needs its charging cable, and a car stereo needs its connectors or adapter, if you have them.
If you are not sure where the problem is – in the amplifier or in the speakers – bring the speaker with its cable as well. Then the whole chain can be checked without going in circles. The branch is open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 and closed on weekends.

A 2-month warranty is provided for completed repairs; it applies to the repair, not to diagnostics or a fault assessment report. If the equipment is insured, you can order a fault assessment report for the insurance company – it costs €30, and the insurer covers its cost.

When audio equipment is worth repairing
Repair is often the economical choice – it depends on the fault and the model. This is especially true if the device has a good sound character, is a rarer model, or is connected to expensive speakers, for which a new amplifier would cost much more than the repair.
