How to bring your TV to the branch in Vilnius
The branch is located in Žirmūnai, inside the RIMI store, under the „ELMEISTRAI” sign. We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00; the branch is closed at weekends. Repairs are carried out at the branch, so the TV needs to be brought in.
A large TV is best carried by two people, and the screen should be protected from pressure and impact – do not hold it by the screen panel or the edges of the casing.
- Remove the TV from its wall mount or stand if they are not needed for diagnostics.
- Bring the power cable and remote control – sometimes a fault only appears with a specific accessory.
- If the fault does not always occur (for example, the screen goes dark after an hour), write down when it happens.
- If the TV is a smart TV, remember your account passwords – they may be needed after a software update or reflashing.
- If this is for an insurance case, please mention it in advance – a fault assessment report for the insurance company costs €30.

TV repair in Vilnius: what happens after you leave the device
First, we carry out diagnostics, which costs €10. One external symptom (for example, a black screen) can hide several different causes, so it is worth identifying the fault before repairing.
Once the cause is clear, we tell you what needs to be repaired and how much it will cost according to the price list. We aim to fix most faults within 3–5 business days, and we provide a 2-month warranty on completed repairs. The exact timeframe depends on the model and on whether parts are needed.
When a TV is worth repairing
Repair is usually worthwhile when the fault is related to the electronics rather than the screen panel itself: the power or control board isn’t working, an HDMI or USB port is faulty, or the picture has disappeared but the sound is present because the backlight has burned out. In our price list, repairs for such faults start from €25, and backlight repair from €50.

If the TV won’t turn on, before bringing it in, unplug it from the mains for at least 10 minutes and switch it on again – sometimes this helps, but if it doesn’t, bring it to the branch.
